This is the water closet in the garage w/ the furnace installed. There's also plumbing and electrical.

Air duct & register

This was the biggest problem we've seen in the house so far. This is Eric's closet in the master. The airduct area was in the back of the closet in the floor plan. Now it is on the side of the closet. So, he will have about 14" to walk into the closet, then have to turn and walk back through it. (see floor plan illustration below) Also, since that duct work is on the side... it makes the closet MORE than thin. Eric would barely fit in between 2 racks of clothes. It is not going to work. So, Eric has emailed the construction manager that it has to be changed; but as of now, no response. We'll see.
I bet they love having graphic designers as clients!!
